What we collect. When you join a waitlist, register for a session, fill in a form on our websites or in one of our ads (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), or contact us, we collect the details you give us. Usually that is your name and email address, and sometimes your business or firm name and job title.

How we use it. We use your details to:

• send you what you asked for (waitlist updates, session links, replays and programme information);
• reply to you;
• send occasional updates about Anvil List and Anvil Form.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing support@anvillist.com.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our websites, email and forms for us, and only so they can provide that service. We may also disclose it where the law requires.

Ads and analytics. Our websites may use tools from Meta, LinkedIn and Google to measure how our ads perform. You can control ad personalization in your account settings on those platforms.

Storage and security. We keep your information only as long as we need it for these purposes, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.

Your rights. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@anvillist.com.
